I spent my entire adult life wishing I could find the discipline to write a book. I finally did it. Along the way, I discovered that I didn’t actually need to quit my job to write a book. I needed a framework and accountability.

My one-on-one book coaching package includes:
- Weekly coaching calls on Zoom, up to 60 minutes long.
- Scene and chapter planning and review
- Brainstorming content, characters, and story
- Unlimited text and email support
Cost & Commitment
$250/month (minimum 4-month contract)
Developmental Editing
You did it, completed the first draft of your novel. What now? Before you can get to the copy/line editing stage, you have to make sure your story is solid.
My full manuscript critique includes:
- Comments throughout your manuscript with my real-time feedback and reactions.
- 4-5 page editorial letter on the manuscript’s core strengths and weaknesses. I’ll be focusing on:
- Overall plot – Does the story and structure make sense from beginning to end, are there plot holes, is the ending satisfying (if that’s intended), an overall story arc that engages the reader and pulls them through the narrative.
- Character/relationship arcs – What was the lesson your characters learned (or didn’t learn), was there growth in their thinking and how does that connect to the story.
- Setting – Are you immersing your reader in scene? Do your characters come alive on the page?
- Some copy-editing themes like tone consistency and word/phrase overuse.
- A 60-minute Zoom call to talk through the feedback.
Cost
$0.005 per word
(i.e. a 70,000 word novel would be $350)
Coaching + Developmental Editing
To make the most of your writing time, I will provide editorial support as you write your manuscript, helping to guide your story and character development along the way. This feedback method will help you level up quickly as you learn your bad habits and writing crutches.
My one-on-one book coaching+editing package includes:
- Weekly coaching calls on Zoom, up to 60 minutes long.
- Scene and chapter planning and review
- Brainstorming content, characters, and story
- Review of up to 20 pages per week. 20 pages a week for 16 weeks = 75,000 page novel.
- Unlimited text and email support
- Full developmental edit included once manuscript is complete.

$500/month (minimum 4-month contract)
